In general, presales start two days before the public on-sale date and usually last 48 hours (or until all presale tickets are sold out). To see for which shows presales are available, check the list of tour dates. If a show has Fan Club presales scheduled, it will show the date in the "FAN CLUB PRESALES" column ("TBA" means "TO BE ANNOUNCED").
